This policy covers the marketing website served at www.opex.app. The site may use third-party services that are produced and operated outside the EU and Türkiye, which can result in certain data being transferred to third countries; although such services are not within our policy, this document provides basic information about them.

The following is the complete list of cookies and browser local storage entries used on our site:

• NEXT_LOCALE (Elektra, cookie, strictly necessary/functional, 1 year, SameSite=Lax): Remembers the language you selected (Turkish/English) so the site opens in the correct language on your next visit.
• opex-cookie-consent (Elektra, local storage, strictly necessary, persistent): Stores your choice on the cookie banner ("Accept All", "Only Necessary" or "Reject"); it is required so that the banner is not shown to you again.
• theme (Elektra, local storage, functional, persistent): Stores your light/dark theme preference. If you do not make a choice, the site follows your operating system setting and no entry is created.
• Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, third party, strictly necessary, session/short-lived): Used to verify that a contact form submission is not made by a bot; Cloudflare may create technical cookies or storage entries during this verification. It is not used for advertising or profiling.

About Analytics and Advertising Cookies

As of today, this site uses no analytics or advertising cookies, pixels or tracking scripts whatsoever.

If analytics cookies are added in the future for visitor statistics, they will be loaded only if you select "Accept All" on the cookie banner. If you select "Only Necessary" or "Reject", no analytics or advertising cookies are loaded at all and only the entries strictly required for the site to function are created.

The fonts used on the site are served from our own servers; no requests are sent to third-party font or CDN servers when you view a page.

Third-Party Cookies on Our Site

We may use third-party services that perform certain tasks on our behalf. At present the only such service is Cloudflare Turnstile, which provides bot protection on the contact form.
